Uses exclusively sun-ripened apricots from the largest apricot producing district in Austria. As the fermentation draws to a close, the apricot pits are removed. a fresh nose, subtle and finely spiced, ripe apricot fruit, sweet. Light almond notes, more present on the palate with a fine form, pleasant spiciness, ripe, concentrated and pointed. plenty of focus, densely put together and rich in extract.
