The scent of dark forest berry confit with fine nuances of blackcurrant and black cherries, as well as a very delicate chocolate finish, give this mineral-spicy wine its special touch. Matured only in new barriques and large barrels. Balanced berry mix, Blaufränkisch sets the tone, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot complete the picture with spicy notes and dark fruit, hint Cocoa, subtly salty. Mountains of fruit and ripe Tannin, firm, invigorating and structuring acidity, floor-stemmed tones, salty, hints of iron, long and juicy fruit in the aftertaste.
