Spontaneously fermented in an open wooden vat, mash inserted by hand, then stored for 10 months in 500l barrels (2nd filling). Age of vines 40-60 years. Sensory raspberries, red current, also dark berries, velvety, fruity on the palate, mineral, red berries again, some chocolate and chestnuts, balanced and long. Medium to strong, fruity, elegant. Maturity potential 40 years.
