Dreissigacker stands for wines in perfection: the best grapes from biodynamically cultivated vineyards are harvested selectively and partially by hand at the perfect time and gently matured. During the ageing process, the wines are given time to slowly unfold and develop their radiance and intensity. Our aim at Dreissigacker is to make the soils, the microclimates and the exposure of our vineyards tangible. Strict yield reduction, elaborate, biodynamic cultivation by hand and meticulous work in the cellar are important pillars of our philosophy.

Aromas of grapefruit, pink grapefruit, oranges, limes and pears, complemented by lovage, roasted almond and forest floor. On the palate, the Pinot Blanc from Dreissigacker starts wonderfully aromatic, fruit-driven and balanced. This balanced white wine is characterized by an incredibly creamy and dense texture. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Pinot Blanc is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally inspires with considerable length. There are again hints of orange and pink grapefruit. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by loess and marl join in.
